I am writing this on a tiny mobile so the description wont be long! I picked liam from school which was a laege psychiatric hospital until the 90s. this entrance had a watchtower that you may be able to work out. I suppose this was to stop patients escaping. Like all psychictric hospitals, it was built by the river as patients were often deemed too dangerous to travel by road.
