River Ribble Weir Brockholes.

Lunchtime walk down to Brockholes to witness how full the River Ribble was after yesterday's rain. The level of the river either side of the weir is very similar today unlike pictures taken earlier in the year. click link.

I am not sure what the green rocket shape strucure is for? Any ideas?
