Not a nice sight

Tommy husband of Gill my friend upstairs he's 85 or and weighs about 16stone keeps falling over, but seems ok for a while then it starts again as yesterday and this morning.
Gill is only about 8stone and 56 has server arthritis has to ask a neighbour to come and help her lift him up.
I spoke to her this morning and said it couldn't go on like this next time phone for the Para-medics.
On top of all this I went to see about a conveyancing solicitor this morning, my mobile went off giving us a fright, I couldn't answer it at the time but later found that the estate agents had an offer for my flat which was acceptable to me from someone I know.
The EPC man was due at 12.30, the prospective buyers are due 7pm, but talking to the solicitor she thinks that Mr Boon may have been interested in the other flat a different Agent on the estate! which I was told was under offer...so what will happen now I don't know.
One thing is for sure nothing is sold until the contracts are exchanged, but I'm not being messed about by this bloke whatever happens.
Have just put my estate agent in the picture to try and find out whether Mr Boon is trying to play one owner against the other...wait and see.
