Not so much cleaning today but some nice cooking for tomorrow's lunch with foolish friends - this salad is from Ursula Ferrigno's delightful Truly Italian vegetarian cookbook. I was also introduced to Ottolenghi's Plenty today - he writes for the Guardian- definitely worth a taste.
