UCL

This is the main tower of the University of London - it looms over the surrounding area. I'm reading '1984' by George Orwell at the moment and whenever he talks about one of the four pyramid ministry buildings that tower over London, I think of this building.

F and I went shopping for whisky glasses this evening as we have a full weekend of entertaining. We're quite excited that we're hosts, but we're not used to it!

Today is a special day because it's mum's (Cradlehall's Mrs) birthday. Happy Birthday Mum! Hope you, Dad and Rory had a nice meal out.
