This bluebell wood belongs to my friends Hugh and Angus. Every May they open it up to friends, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care. We walk through the wood and then enjoy good company and food ( Hugh makes the best Dundee cake in Scotland).

Eldest Son came along with me, hoping that some pretty young lasses might be found tripping along the woodland paths. Alas, the average age of the bluebell-gazers was well over 50, but apparently he enjoyed his evening anyway.
