...is a cartoon character from the 1960s known for twirling his mustache as he thought up evil plans against heroic Dudley-Do-Right. And that is what this blip brings to mind.
Well, it's been a busy week and clearly my brain is done in...and notice the rain drops on the petals so I didn't really want to spend a lot of time outside...and yes, I would like some cheese to go with that whine...
