...WET AGAIN....NO SWIMMING...

RAIN, RAIN, RAIN...Light rain...nay, no ,not.....HEAVY, HEAVY, HEAVY.... extreme flooding all over the city...taxi radio road conditions lady couldn't talk fast enough about which roads were closed and flooded...this is the shallowest water level around my home...went up to over my knees in places... enough said....(photo by Iain Dewar).......footnote....7:30pm its raining again....(I.D.)
