Trashed

Went for a lovely run in the lovely autumn sun but on returning home I discovered that my runners are trashed. They've done some fair old mileage though! It doesn't show well on the picture but the black 'line' above the sole is actually a gap!
Might have to glue them up for a few days until the new ones arrive. Had to happen on a weekend of course ...
