Kiddie-baked

Did some baking with the kids this afternoon: a cake for mothers' day. Icing to be applied in the morning, and it should be excellent. (Mstr 4 has decided upon pink icing with hundreds and thousands.)

Good recipe too: from the Magnolia Bakery cookbook. Very yummy.

We also picked up the wee man's bike today, for his birthday in a few days. It is sooooo cool. 8) Was going to blip it, but decided to wait and blip him on it on his birthday.
