Kilmartin

We had a lovely long walk in Kilmartin Glen today. For anyone interested in ancient history this is one of the top places to be. From the museum in Kilmartin village (with excellent coffee shop), to standing stones, cairns, stone circles, cup and ring marked stones ... The whole landscape is alive with ancient history. We have visited many times, and I am sure we will return. This time is special because Maeve the Deerhound is here too !
