Feeling Crabby...

I have been helping out at my friends bookshop this week. A couple of doors down is a fishmonger. I popped in yesterday to see what was available and spotted fresh crab - a favourite of ours. I had intended to buy crabmeat, however the fishmonger told me how easy it was to cook fresh crab. So, today I arrived home with three fresh crabs ( a bargain at £10) this is the liveliest one before he hit the cookpot. All three are now cooked and cooling - and waiting to be hammered with the rolling pin...
