Scaling the wall

Rach has been nagging to go to our local NAFF play area for ages and I keep making excuses but finally I had to give in.
She enjoyed her hr.
Rach and I drove to Liverpool to have lunch in Beachballs cafe, very impressed, we had a cheese and ham pancake and a sausage pancake with maple syrup it was lovely.

Popped in to see mum and dad on way home, mum had managed her first visit to Liverpool to do a bit of shopping.
She still has a long way to go but she is improving every day.

Rach and I have 5hrs of gymnastics tomorrow, lots of work to do before the comp in two weeks.
