Myriad flowers.

Imanaged two separate walks today. The day was too good to waste . The first one was an amble up the hill/mountain behind the house. The blue of the sky and song of the skylarks.. Then after my three classes I drove to a cove on the north side of the bay where I can find coarse shell sand for the hens at low tide. Again I picked my way around the coastline a bit, on the rocks mostly. These flowers set their roots where you'd think nothing could grow. I startled an lone oyster catcher and it startled me. Neither one of us expecting to see the other.
