Maisie's Girls

Today the school girls' team had there first fixture of the new season. We had a p6/7 game and a p4/5 game.

I decided to let the game go ahead even though the pictch was very muddy. Our girls love the mud for some reason.

I refereed the p6/7 team and witnessed some good football from both sides considering the state of the pitch.

Anyway the dog is Maisie, she is our mascot. Every time she walks past the girls abandon what they are doing and go over to pat him. Had to ask the owner to hang around for half time as the girls were going to come off during the game.

Absolutely beautiful day, managed to source some paving stones for the new greenhouse base to took them to the allotment.

Off to see Macbeth with Eco son tonight.
