Hyndburn Borough Council have brought beauty and floral colour to so many parts of the borough with the floral planters.
This one, outside the library, has been flowering for many weeks in a variety of weathers.
I have been to the Christian Fellowship at the Baptist Church, which was a joyful time of prayer and worship and then home for a quick healthy snack before wending my way up some long paths and beautiful gardens, to deliver a few Christian Aid envelops. Everyone takes on a small part of the village so all the roads are covered.
