Another crap day, another crap photo.

This is my view of the ceiling from having a rubbish day being sick all day, and I have no idea why. I was fine on Friday night and was not drinking, I did not eat anything which was dodgy. I just woke up feeling dehydrated, after 2 glasses of juice, it began :(

It was a fastastic day too, sunny and calm, with plans to possibly wash my car if I had time, or drive to visit my daughter, however i was stuck in the house, at first in my bed then down on the setee, trying to watch tv, but being too uncomfortable to concentrate.

Hopwfully tomorrow will be better and i can get out the bloody house to make the most of my weekend! Or whats left....
