Sometimes rural life just doesn't agree with me.

Last night and today has been one of those times. I am asthmatic and it can be aggravated by pollen allergies and boy has it been aggravated. Thankfully the steroids are beginning to take affect and I can breath easier again. Unfortunately this has meant that I have not ventured far from the sofa (stairs are too much effort!) and missed a day of glorious sun! However there will be plenty of other times.

Three beautiful things:
The smell of a roast chicken in the oven.
The dogs' company, they haven't strayed far from my side today.
Sunny evenings
