Sunday Lunch

We had a good day with our friends from Derby. Lunch was chilled Broccoli Risotto Torte (made yesterday) and Aubergine Gratin washed down with a very nice bottle of red. As only two out of the four of us drink alcohol, it was left to us to polish off the wine, what a hardship ;)

The weather was nice enough to sit outside for coffee, and then it was around the block with Dylan to ensure we didn't drop off.

As promised yesterday, here is a picture of the Torte as served up today. It looks a bit rough and ready as a result of taking it out of the cake tin, but tasted delicious!
