Sunday baking

A busy day, getting up to go to the gym and then came back to make a couple of fruit cakes. I got the packet of Christmas cake mix for £1 each after Christmas and decided it was about time they were cooked. We are going away soon walking in Aviemore and one of these should be good fuel.

While they were cooking we watched the GP. Great race but just a shock to see the fire afterwards.Hope no one was seriously hurt.

After the GP did the ironing, food shopping and then got my clothes ready for the Boston trip on Tuesday morning.
