Happy 1st Birthday Ailsa

OK, it was her birthday 15 days ago but we were in Sydney then so we had to have a wee get together in Wellington to celebrate. It was very un-Wellington like spring weather so we headed out to the Botanics with friends and enjoyed the sunshine, some top notch cake and some rapidly warming booze. Can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

I don't know about where you all come from but in New Zealand it is customary for small children to exchange plastic plates from portable picnic sets when at a first birthday party. This blips shows the birthday girl trading with Louis.
