Relays and holidays...

...but this is home.

I could not go past the cow and calf before the post relay race social at Bar t'at! And I could not not go for another run on the moor as I soon as I returned home.

...great run with Gavin and a good calderdale way relay. My mind chatterings is that I pushed him a bit but he was happy happy and I think I got my mojo back and my competitiveness is coming back. Felt effortless and ran strong especially after 19 mountainous miles on my birthday yesterday! And so so many hugs at the finish :-) once again I realise how many people I got to know!! Last but most important Arthur that final sprint was coming from you and it was for you!! Thank you

...although I have not known him for as long as the rest of my team, his gorgeous personality an vibrant spirit touched not only my soul deeply but my daughter's too amongst thousand other souls that knew him. When I experience loss I go quiet and I have really kept quiet but still think it s just not true that he has left us. Arthur you were an angel on earth and now you are an angel in the heavens looking after us.
