Deer Crossing

I quite often see deer in Bryan Park early in the morning. These deer lingered a little too long after the sun had come up and are trying to get back to their daytime haunts. I feel sorry for them when they try and cross the road as they seem to get so panicky. They dashed back and forth several times before they finally stayed put on one side of the road. Fortunately the cars were careful and the all of the deer managed to make it to safety.
