Red Admiral

We went to the Lilac Festival on opening day with some friends. As we wandered through the park, we went into the Poet's Garden and this Red Admiral butterfly was just sitting on the ground. I was able to take several pictures of it before it flew away. It was a great day to go to the festival, as there were not a ton of people there and the day was comfortably warm, not hot.
