Another busy day; +1/2 and I are both away early doors tomorrow morning to do a 10km in Glasgow (+1/2) and the Etape Caledonia (me) so we asked my parents if they would have +1/3 and +2/3 for a sleepover tonight. Up first thing for swimming then off to Crail, lunch, drop off children, back, preparations for tomorrow and cutting the grass (well, the weather looks shocking for the rest of the weekend...)
