Slightly oriental.....

.....(better known as 'fridge slurry') soup for lunch.....no recipe available because it all depends on what I find languishing in the depths of said fridge after the weekend. It all gets dumped into a pan of stock (anything available, meaty bones are nice but there's nothing wrong with cube-shaped!) along with dollups of minced ginger/garlic/lemongrass/coconut milk and a bit of chopped coriander if I've got some until it tastes OK, and then it gets blitzed.....yeah yeah, I know I'd never make it onto Masterchef, I know my limits!

Woke up ridiculously early this morning, hence the dawn pan-clattering....I'll probably crash and burn by tea-time.....
