Moonstone,Arrows......

At the East Rd entrance to the Grafton Centre, Cambs, is a kinetic mobile sculpture, called 'Moonstone, Arrows and Obelisk', the top of which is shown in my picture. It was constructed in the 1990's by Peter Logan. His earlier works were powered by electricity. Since 1978 he has worked on outdoor sculptures using wind power, the character and strength of the wind determining movement. I am always fascinated to watch the ever changing shapes whilst waiting for my bus home.
