Baking day.

Had a busy day today cooking and baking. I have no idea why! I just felt like it.

Made mushroom soup for lunch, baked these chocolate cup cakes and lemon drizzle cake.

Also made a Dorset apple cake for our sweet tonight. ( just let me know if you would like the recipe). Really easy and delicious with custard.

I am taking some of this up to Beth's tomorrow - sunny Melvaig here I come!!!!
