To weed or not to weed

Have been sorting out some junk useful objet d'art for the NSPCC lady who lives down the road as they are having a stall at the Vintage Rally at the weekend.

There are a lot of these ribwort plaintain growing down the garden even though they are a weed/wildflower I think they're quite attractive when in flower & attract butterflies,moths, and birds eat their seeds in winter, so quite a useful plant in the wild garden really.
