Arles

I spent the morning in Arles before catching my train back to Paris. I didn't have too much time but I walked around the arena, visited the cathedral of Saint-Trophime, saw the hospital Van Gogh went to after his mutilation and the café that may have been the model for his Café-terrace on the Place du Forum. I had a café myself on the Place du Forum, under Frédéric Mistral's statue.

Everyone back in Paris is just fine. My Mom took great care of the kids, of course, and they seemed to enjoy their week-end. Th wrote part 2/3 of her IGCSE exam in English today.
