Early appointment

I was down at the Doctor's surgery for an 8am appointment. I don't think I've had such an early time, but was very happy to go then, as it was a fasting blood test. Even better, the blood pressure check showed a good low reading for me.

So, a quick walk home and I was allowed to have some breakfast and a paned!
