"I Feel Like Chicken Tonight"

We had roast chicken for dinner on Friday night, and since then, the carcass has been waiting patiently in the fridge until being turned into my version of Cock-a-Leekie soup tonight.

Rodney has also been waiting patiently by the fridge since Friday night, hoping to get a little taste of the chicken.

This morning the door was left open while Kate took the four steps between the fridge and the microwave with the butter, and the little man saw his chance! He managed to remove the cling film and get a claw into the leg!

Before anyone asks, the top fridge picture is of one of the Cinque Terre villages, the bottom one is of someone dressed as a peacock for Halloween, and yes, we always microwave our butter in the morning, so it spreads easily!
