Hello, I'm Monday.

No-one likes me. I don't know why. I don't mean to be a drag. I'm close friends of the weekend sisters and everyone loves them. They get all the glory.

I can't tell you why you don't like Mondays, Boomtown Rats, you admit yourself there are no reasons, cos there are no reasons. I refuse to engage with such unreasonableness.

And Bangles, don't you be blaming me for your Manic Mondays. Try spending a little time preparing for me, make a list, get up on time.

Anyway, it's not me you need to worry about. Tuesday is the real bastard. Even Wednesday knows that.
