Not an ugly duckling!

This gorgeous wee thing was one of five paddling along behind it's Mum on the canal today. On the way back John only counted four and we could not move on until they all had been accounted for as Mr Heron was in the neighbourhood!

Popped into see Euan when we were out shopping. He was busy eating his lunch. He had been exploring their new kitchen and had managed to get a small tub of cinnamon which he had emptied on to the floor. However, the culprit had left his tiny little footprint in it! I hope Ali blips it!

Off out now to the garden, even although it is is still cold the sun is shining!
