Shopping!

It's a week of half days (my only full day is tomorrow) so this afternoon I took myself shopping.

I've been after something to wear for our family meal out on Christmas Eve and after scouring every shop online (literally), I decided there's no substitute for going and trying stuff on.

I debated the Trafford Centre; only a fool would go there right now! Second choice was Blackburn.

It wasn't too busy, but busy enough to give it that 'Christmassy' feeling.

I managed to find a dress that I'd seen online in a little boutique store and picked up a couple of tops elsewhere for good measure.

Mr A has his Christmas party tonight, so I'm all alone, enjoying the silence.....especially since I've developed a migraine.
This is totally self inflicted. I realised I've had 2 cups of coffee all day; that's nowhere near enough fluid to keep me hydrated, so I'm trying to drink water now to fix things. I fear it's too little too late and an early night to sleep it off may be in order.

The jury is still out on the new version of Blip.....I'll give it a few days :-)
