Ganesh in his new home

The Ganesh/Ganesha I bought in Koh Samui seems settled in Dubai.

I'm struggling to find the right spot for him in our home. He has to face east and that is making it a bit difficult to place him.

I do however adore him, and I'm so happy that I decided to take him home.

The son of Shiva and Parvati, Ganesha has an elephantine countenance with a curved trunk and big ears, and a huge pot-bellied body of a human being. He is the Lord of success and destroyer of evils and obstacles. He is also worshipped as the god of education, knowledge, wisdom and wealth.
