Christmas time!

Thought it was about time to get involved with the Christmas spirit, so bought our tree from Whinlatter forest, and decorated it. I Liked the bokeh of the out of focus light in the background of this, with the loop of the red chain, but to get enough depth of field on the chain spoiled the shape of the light in the background.

I therefore did this as an 11-image focus stack at full aperture on my macro lens, to keep the bokeh right in the background, and to give a little more depth of field through the red chain.
