This is where the Census team led by a Roman Captain were having a drink at the Inn.
Soon afterward, Joseph and Mary (with child) arrived at the door requesting for a room, but was denied, because there is no more room at the Inn.
Instead, the Captain suggested Joseph and Mary "go and cuddle the donkeys", (Manger).
