Small Wonder

After yesterday's to-ing and fro-ing, it was nice to say at home today, especially as the weather has been so unpleasant. I brought home just 2 fungi, and now that I have my microscope, albeit not yet set up, I'm resolved to be more systematic with my fungi identification. I've called this one Small Wonder because the scale above it shows it measuring 1cm, and I wonder what it is. Hopefully, it is releasing its spores onto a microscope slide now, so I can see what colour they are, then, if I manage to get the microscope set up, I can look at them in more detail.Don't hold your breath!
