Morning fun in Ashridge Forest, Hertfordshire

I took this photograph on my Canon 5D of my husband and daughter playing on a freezing cold morning this December at around 9am in Ashridge Forest in Hertfordhire, United Kingdom. The lighting was just incredible and painted a stunning haze over everything. There was just so much light everywhere in this open field amoungst the forest, that it felt as if we had stepped into another world when we stumbled upon it from the woods. I have never experienced light like it and will never forget this beautiful family walk because of it!
