Busy corner...

... in incessant rain.

I took a trip to Leeds this afternoon for a pre-booked tour of the 19th Century Town Hall. The trip would include a climb to the top of the clock tower to take photographs of the city on high, as the lights were coming on.

The tour was very interesting but unfortunately, that well-known double act 'Elf and Safety' intervened to prevent the photography from the tower, because the stones were wet. So we were offered a return fixture in January to complete the experience (hopefully on a precipitation-free day - in Leeds?)

So today's blip has to be yet another wet pavement shot, taken across the road from the town hall, before the tour.

Some parts of the new site are working well with fast uploads enhancing the experience. But I have just tried to use the map feature and got stuck in the middle of the Atlantic, unable to return to my entry details and eventually had to start again.
