Windy Day!

Not too obvious but you may be able to see that the wind is coming from the left and it was quite strong. Not a good day to be wearing my leather, wide brimmed, Aussie bush hat that I bought in Melbourne departure lounge. 
Always wary of departure lounge purchases since I bought a large gem when I was leaving Sri Lanka in 1975. Admittedly it was very cheap but I thought all Ceylon gems were cheap at that time. Turned out that the mount for the huge 'Elizabeth Taylor Engagement Ring' type gem is worth a damn sight more than the stone itself!!
Anyway, the hat was a very good buy, worn it all winter, every winter, since February 2002 when I bought it.
