Sunlight

Another mostly gray day - rain showers on and off with the occasional hint of sun. I walked along the water's edge and the light was startling as it peeked out suddenly and very briefly and shined bright on a patch Casco Bay. It was startling against the gray and dreary backdrop. Life these days feels a little like this. A little gray and uncertain with startling moments of hopefulness. Patience is the practice lately.
