Just Pecan

A little pecan pie waiting for its Jack Daniels salted caramel glaze (along with rather a lot of his brothers and sisters).

Enough baking for today. It's 23:04 and I've run out of eggs.

A really really really busy day tomorrow to get the final orders done for 1st class post then a day or so doing the rest for personal delivery.
