Not my fault

I have driven over 150,000 km in my work cars over the last 6 years. I have been involved in 3 minor traffic incidents. Luckily none have been my fault. This morning I was driving along Colombo St. when a man in a driveway decided that he could pull across the traffic into a small gap. His judgement was poor. The first thing I saw was his car crashing into my bumper.He was very upset and admitted all liability. Fortunately a cyclist who witnessed all gave me her details as well just in case there was any dispute. Another repair and loan car coming up in the new year.
