Seed Head, flower Friday

This plant grows out the back of our sons home, very pretty blowing in the breezes this morning.  The softness appealed to me today.

I decided to go for a walk around the block, this consists of a track through typical Northern Queensland scrubby spindly trees, then back through the sub division that they have built in a few years back.  Their section backs onto the scrubby spindly trees at this stage, but at some point they expect the land to be converted into sections.  But in the meantime it is nice to have the rural outlook over their back fence.

We haven't done anything much today - I did the block as mentioned above, swimming, watching cricket, and very little else.  Just what a holiday should be :)
