What were you doing Xmas 1978?

Found my first fell running magazine amongst my athletic books. I joined the Fell Running Association back in 1978 (Mem No 1194). I was up in the north of Scotland then and competed in the likes of Ben Nevis (first Saturday in September), Ben Lomond and the various fell/mountain races in the Highland Games. The 1978 magazine was the twelve issue and cost 25 pence (free to members) and in case you are wondering – no it is not me.
