Tang Hall Bridge

This bridge once spanned the Derwent Valley Light Railway (DVLR) (also known as The Blackberry Line) was a privately owned standard-gauge railway in North Yorkshire, England, and was unusual in that it was never nationalised, remaining as a private operation all its life. It ran between Layerthorpe on the outskirts of York to Cliffe Common near Selby. It is now a cycle/footpath along the section which runs from Layerthorpe in York as far as Osbaldwick. You can find more information about this railway route on Wikipedia.  Various bits of industrial sculpture have been placed along the route and painted this bright shade of blue; unfortunately the local vandals have decided to decorate them further with some rather unsavoury wording!!
