Homeward Bound

We had a few hours to kill in Crawley awaiting Stephen's arrival. Pleased I managed to track down a jumper that was sold out on line and in York.

Stephen's plane was late and by the time we cleared the airport the reported busiest day for Christmas travel was very evident. The area around Heathrow was particularly bad as was the early section of the M1. Fortunately Richard was driving and I took over on more familiar roads.

This is one of the ornaments I bought on our trip to Strasbourg. The smile reflects how pleased I am to be back home.
