Duck

I found this recipe in a friend's Chinese cookbook by the rather improbably named 'Yan-Kit', a name direct from a bad 70s Saturday evening sketch show. I don't think I have ever seen a recipe use the word 'myriad' in the title before so it's going to have to be made at some point.
